Renter Qualifications
Age: Minimum driver age is 21 years with a license valid at least one year.21 years olds for MDAR, EDAR, CDAR, JDAR, SDAR, IGAR, IFAR, SFAR, IDAR, SVAR, CGAR, DGAR.
23 years old for PFAR, OFAR.
25 years old FFAR, SGAV.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
Identification: A valid government-issued ID is necessary.Rental Rates and Fees
Currency: All rates are quoted in US Dollars.
Mileage:
* 3+ Days: Unlimited mileage.
* 1-2 Days: 200 kilometers per day. Excess mileage is charged extra.
Insurance: Basic insurance is included. *Additional coverage (e.g., collision damage waiver, theft protection) is available for an extra fee. Renter is responsible for the following deductibles in case of accident: Upon payment of deductible:
– $500 for Mini cars
– $500 for Economy cars
– $500 for Compact cars
– $700 for Standard cars
– $700 for Intermediate cars
– $1000 for People Carrier cars
– $700 -1000 for Cross Over cars
– $1,000 – 1500 for SUV cars
– $1500 – 2,500 for 4*4 cars
* *Total Loss Deductible:* 25% of car’s value in case of total loss and theft.
War, invasion, and hold-ups are not covered by insurance. * 20% of the car’s value is the renter’s responsibility in case of theft. Payment:
Credit card is mandatory for the deposit (master card, visa card and Amex are accepted)
All major credit cards are accepted.
The name on the credit card must match the Renter’s name.
Payment is due in full at the time of rental.
A security deposit is required upon vehicle pickup. This deposit is refundable, minus any charges for damages or violations.
Rental Period and Extensions
Minimum Rental: The minimum rental period is 72 hours.Extensions: Extensions are subject to availability and may require a new rental agreement.
Driver Services
Driver Hire: Drivers are available for hire at a daily rate of $30 (8 hours) or $50 (12 hours).Taxes and Fees
VAT: VAT is not included in the rental rates and will be added to the total cost.Additional Fees:
Additional on request fees may apply for:
* Late returns
* One-way rentals
* Additional drivers
* GPS navigation
* Child safety seats
* Snow Chain
Vehicle Return
Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation.Emergency Roadside Assistance
24/7 Assistance: 24/7 emergency roadside assistance is available.Additional Services
Airport Transfers: Free airport transfers may be available for longer rentals.Luxury Car Rentals: Luxury cars are available for special occasions.
Long-Term Rentals: Special rates may be available for long-term rentals.
Online Reservations: Online reservations are available.
